At Everything with Love TLP (Transform, Love, Prosper), our team is passionate about supporting. We come together to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Each team member brings their own unique experiences and strengths, united by a shared mission: to provide guidance, community, and love every step of the way.
Co-founder
Ciarra Watford
Ciarra Watford is the Owner of Everything With Love LLC and Co-founder of Everything with Love TLP, a transitional housing program in Clayton, North Carolina.
She earned her degree in English and Global Studies from North Carolina Central University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Strayer University. Education gave her the foundation, but life gave her the heart for this work.
Ciarra, a mom to two boys and guardian to her brother with autism, understands the value of stability and care. Her brother’s journey in a group home inspired her to create safe, supportive spaces for people in need of a fresh start.
Everything with Love TLP serves individuals coming out of incarceration, rehab, foster care, and those living with disabilities. Whether someone stays briefly or longer term, Ciarra’s goal is to offer more than housing. She wants to create a place where healing, growth, and new beginnings can take root.
Ciarra is also the creator of the Affirmation Cards for little brown boys, designed to speak directly to their hearts and remind them every day that they are seen, powerful, and deeply loved.
Co-founder
Crystal Floyd-Wilson
Crystal Floyd-Wilson, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and author committed to helping people heal and thrive.
A graduate of North Carolina Central University, she has extensive experience supporting children, families, and individuals through private practice, school social work, and clinical supervision.
Drawing on both personal and professional experiences, Crystal co-founded Everything with Love TLP, a transitional housing program with her cousin, Ciarra Watford, to provide safe, supportive spaces for young people and families facing housing insecurity.
She is also the author of The Empty Womb, Full Heart, where she shares her journey with infertility and offers encouragement and faith to women walking a similar path.
Across all her work, Crystal’s mission is clear: to empower others to break cycles, embrace resilience, and know their worth.
